Sherri Ingle grew up in Asheville, NC, surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. However, in 1989, she followed her heart—and the call of the ocean—to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she earned a degree in Communications in May 1993. That same year, she married Gene Ingle and moved to Hickory, NC, nestled in the foothills of the mountains. But the coast always felt like home, and in 2002, she and Gene returned to the beach for good.
In July 2008, Sherri launched her real estate career, stepping into the industry amid the challenges of the Great Recession. This pivotal time taught her the importance of market adaptability and client-focused service. A natural teacher at heart, she takes pride in guiding clients toward the best decisions for their unique goals. As a leader within The Rising Tide Team, she plays a key role in training, mentoring, and fostering a supportive environment where agents thrive. She is passionate about identifying market trends, staying ahead of industry shifts, and ensuring her clients make informed, confident real estate decisions.
Sherri and Gene have two adult sons, one currently in law school and the other working at North State Acceptance. Their household is also graced by another beloved family member, a Poodle named Colonel, who has his own fanbase on Instagram at @colonel_adopted.
Beyond her thriving real estate career, Sherri finds joy in boating, swimming, paddleboarding, walking the Loop, reading, and facilitating Bible study—fully embracing the vibrant lifestyle that Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach offer.
